Is Yeskie canned? Will he stay the year. Not a distraction the Beavs need heading into PAC season. Was thinking this was the first year he seemed to be clicking. Have been disappointed with the last two years pitching performance, and still think the program misses Spencer.
And now he pulls a major bonehead move in hometown. What a dumbsh!t, you can forgive the kids but not a coach. Call a cab dude! At the very least stop at the red lights.

Second opinion/translation: "0.09 vs 0.08 is as close as you can get to driving legally. He was driving impaired, but just barely over the legal limit. So, this matter will be dealt internally within the department to ensure that he now knows his limit in drinking and that he'll know now when he needs to let someone else drive or call someone to come get him."
Basically, blowing a 0.09 is really not a big deal, it's the fact that he ran 2 red lights that is the bigger deal in this case. Also, what time of night and how much traffic was on the road? Be responsibly and know your limit.
Well how do you know your limit if you haven't gotten a DUII or even been pulled over for driving legally drunk, but you were stupid while driving impaired...Alcohol handles differently in everyone and just because you're under the limit...doesn't mean that you aren't drunk enough to swerve, run red lights and stop signs, and all the other types of known effects alcohol has on people. In my book...red light running is a bit more serious than blowing .01 over the limit....or am I upsetting the MADD people?

Agree with you basically, except he is leading young men, who are constantly barraged with alcohol at OSU. And two red light in Corvallis at 1:00 am or whatever time it was; its not like anyone was coming the other way.
All in all bad judgement? definitely. Bad luck? abso-frickin-lutley. Bad deal all the way around.
