So I guess we are no longer worried about CR being hired away right?

He was actually on a couple of "hot seat" lists when I was surfing while listening to the baseball game.

Nobody wants Craig to be their head coach now. Everybody was so worried after his first year that someone would hire him away, that no longer is a concern. About this time next year the Beavers will gladly make him available to teams.

Guess I am surprised by that don't know why. Carmody his mentor is listed on some as well.

CR #4 on the list linked below

I have a feeling that we may be linked to this guy for the length of his contract if not longer. I don't think that BDC has the juevos to gut the President's in-law.

This team may end up with exactly 4 wins more than Jay John's 2007/08 meltdown team. I am not a John apologist, but the P-10 was also a helluva lot tougher when he was there. CR needs to get this figured out soon.

#5 on that list, Pat Knight, was fired today. Does Texas Tech have large, full coffers?

CR is #4.

I don't think Knight ever got the RR's above .500 in league play in his tenure, kind of like our hero so far in Corvallis!

Pat Knight was 4-12 every year at Texas Tech I believe in conference play. Craig has never had less than 5 wins, therefore he's awesome!
