The signing deadline is past, and kids are enrolled. Collegiate Baseball takes all this into account and ranks OSU's recruit haul #12 in the nation.

I'm not really sure how UO gets a #3. They claim the list was done post-draft, but even the pre-draft rankings don't have LSU over many of the schools behind them... or UO anywhere near OSU's 2010 class. And we fared much better than most in retaining our top prospects... including UO. But I don't really care. I like what we're going to put on the field next year.

I completely forgot about Garret Nash...that's awesome (assuming he can still play SS). We need major (offensive) help up the middle.

JB, I posted some info in the basketball area you might want to check out.

Well, being an staunch Oregon supporter, I am not into bashing and complaining, so here is my retort to the top 3. Sabol pretty much is a stud. I would liken him to Susac, but I feel Sabol may mature a little faster.. Rated very high in the summer league he played in. If you want to check out the report, goducks.com ahggg.. has the complete report. Hey- I check in at beaver central from time to time, and feel that propaganda is just that, but hey- we can't decide anything, it is up to the athletes, and may the best team win. Sorry that Cal is going the route we did.. they will find it is a big mistake.

I'm not knocking the Ducks recruiting class. It's really pretty good. But the two guys who would truly give them a top five rated class went pro.

LSU's class was decimated by the draft, so the rankings start with a really questionable (to the point of laziness) #1.

In the end, Horton will have the Ducks contending with ASU, UCLA and OSU for the league title and beyond. I haven't looked at their schedule yet. What does their APR look like?
