That stream wasn’t for the game, just for the pregame as they’ll use it for games in the future just to lead up for the game. Only one who would be able to air a stream would be the Pilots today
This team has some legit pop in the lineup. The change in baseballs has been a factor in more balls leaving the yard but this group has their fair share of talent. Don’t really expect them to struggle to score in conference play that much
I’ve said this to many folks the last few years. When Portland came back and won that mid week game in extra innings at Goss in 2007 (think it was 2007) by a score of 2013, many of the UP players and coaches were crowing and jawing at the OSU players and coaching staff how they just beaten the defending champs on their home turf. Ever heard the saying “don’t poke the bear”? Well, I believe they did. And pissed off Pat Casey enough that he takes these games against UP personally and wants to beat their asses to a pulp every time now.
Really beautiful day on the bluff, a little chilly wind but tons of sun. They had the bats working today, had about 18 hits and they crushed some Homers. I think I read that they have 29 HR’s now and they had just 58 all of last year! What a change in the offense. Just got to get the pitching going and this team can make a run.
FYI, they’re at Portland rather than Portland State
I’m gonna be at this game getting my drank on!
cool. let us know what rest stop you’ll be passed out at on the way back so beaver fans can come fuck you the way you’ve fucked your team
Portland State got a baseball team! :)
Civil War thread went up and back down?
Just like the game will.

5-0 Beavers in the 2nd after a Jeff Hendrix three run homer
OT: OK Angry, check the pic of Ruth on the osubeavers.com site. She is at least in the same league as Marie, no?
Not in my opinion, but these things are all in the eye of the beholder.
“napkin goggles”
Aw Man! I think you are letting that orange stripe influence your opinion. lol
Gretler and Morrison batting 8 and 9, seems like either one could be leading off, allowing Hendrix to move down in the order.
t3, Gillette hits a 2 run dinger. Beavs up 8-0
