Now it’s down to 6. Sure they are better than the 2008-2010 teams, but….. looking at the P-12 with much trepidation. They should not let these very average mid-majors continue to go on second half runs with the talent that they have.
Is all this “elbow throwing” review by the officials as annoying to you all as it is to me. They could clean everything up just by tossing the intentional throwers out of the game.
They called a flagrant if you can believe that. I guess these guys are regular P-12 refs? They seem to be intent on slowing down any pace to this game. Second long flagrant review and a couple of palmings called on the Beavs. Maybe they are out of shape or something?
I guess it’s an area of concentration as far as the officials are concerned. Too many swinging elbows to make space for the offensive player. I don’t get the 2 shot flagrant on Collier though, if anything just a 1 shot. I think Collier’s game attitude was in play there. It’s not right but I think it affects the officials judgement.
I guess we could see this coming, but I can’t believe what I’m seeing. I could accept if a mid-major came out on fire and played tough from the get go, but we are talking about continually blowing comfortable double digit leads.
I’ve been extremely patient, but this is about all I can take. Craig needs to be canned. Not seeing any progress and playing an OT game at home against Towson is inexcusable. He’s been given more than enough time but he needs to go. This is pathetic.
really Burton? For those that didn’t see it, he took a fade away jumper that was so close to going in that it it the top of the backboard and went over. Absolutely zero moving without the ball
Beavers athletics are pathetic. Craig needs to go. He’s been given an opportunity and there’s been no progress. Thought they would show progress this year but nope. Same ol’ Beavers basketball
The last few games against mid-majors have been pretty frustrating and you could see this coming a mile away. I would just like the team to get to .500 in P-12 play, that would be a breakthrough.
True, but this team isn’t sniffing .500. Other than playing like crap, what sucked the most is the team is so lifeless. No energy all game long. Just look like they’re going through the motions far too much.
I thought they came out to start the second half and played pretty good for the first few minutes to build the 13 point lead to 19 and then they just stopped playing. But I’m with you, they won’t be a .500 P-12 team unless something drastic happens.
Jobbed by the officials there. Roberto gets the game winning basket but is called for an offensive foul when he supposedly pushed off to receive the pass.
Haven’t we all been saying for quite a few games now how terrible this team is? No defense or rebounding, same trend as last year and probably for every year until Robinson is gone.
hoops team leading Towson by 13 in the 2nd half. watch here. if you dare…………………..

I’m trying, it’s pretty brutal hoops right now. Beavers up by 11 and now turning in over left and right after a nice first half.
Towson cuts it to 7 with 9 min to go. Beating the beavs up down low.

Did anyone catch an explanation for that double foul?
Collier never came within six inches of contacting the head, so what’s the call?
They called the never connected elbow when he was making his move to the middle of the lane. With the ball over his head.

With Starks’ trouble on the offensive end he is an absolute liability in the game.
Come on Roberto take it strong and make a 2 footer.
Wow a two point game with 1:36 and Towson with the ball
I guess we could see this coming, but I can’t believe what I’m seeing. I could accept if a mid-major came out on fire and played tough from the get go, but we are talking about continually blowing comfortable double digit leads.
Yep. At least Collier is money on his FT
OT as the Beavs hold for the last shot and miss three chances. Beavs have been out rebounded by Towson in the second half.
Wow OT…. Wasn’t this supposed to be a big win.
Gave up a 19 point second half lead
Towson takes their first lead of the game. Starks is 1-11 from the field.
Holy shit, they can’t get off a shot against Towson and I think it’s been 7 minutes without a bucket?

IMHO he was clearly outcoached by the Towson coaches. CR isn’t able to adjust.
Beavs 7-33 FG in the second half. For the game Roberto 4-15, Collier 3-13. Burton the bright spot, 6-13

everyone is responsible for that crummy possession.
I blame Langsdorf.
LOL, is he up in the box calling plays?
They deserve to lose and it seems like the refs feel that way too.
Why not go for the 2 or 1?
there goes our yearly shot at the CBI
Starks!
Now play some goddamn defense for 15 seconds.
Starks bombs a 3 to give the Beavs a one point lead with :16 sec to go.
Beavs hoops is pretty bad.
Angry, tell it to Jack!
What precisely does he have to tell me?
Does he have to tell me who this team is?
Or does he have to tell me that the brother-in-law of the nigger president doesn’t deserve the job he got because his nigger bro-in-law is prez?
Oh!
Was that out of line?
I am so sorry for saying that. Please just ignore what I typed above… and could not figure out how to erase before I hit the “Submit Comment” tab.
Fucking tards!
dam
Dammit
Towson with the lead and .3 sec left
Appropriate finish.
Are these refs being paid by the minute?
Beavers athletics are pathetic. Craig needs to go. He’s been given an opportunity and there’s been no progress. Thought they would show progress this year but nope. Same ol’ Beavers basketball
Will you be watching our pathetic football team?

an absolute ginormous turd laid by the hoops team. Hope the football team doesn’t do the same
If the football team lays a turd, you’ll find me in the corner sucking my thumb for the next 24 hours.
If this game goes badly then we all picked a bad day to stop sniffing glue and I suggest we all start drinking heavily
Haven’t we all been saying for quite a few games now how terrible this team is? No defense or rebounding, same trend as last year and probably for every year until Robinson is gone.
Yes.
Some of us have been saying they’d be horrible on D since Cunningham left. :D
But that would be incorrect. They were bad on D with Cunningham.
And it’s not like they were bad on D yesterday. They were bad on O.
Just look at the stat lines. There’s no way I look at the stats and think we lost this game until I see the score.
So…whats the excuse this time Jack?
Has there ever been an excuse?
Or are you imagining something?
