Thoughts on an AB Podcast?
Curious to hear if you guys think there’s any demand/need for an AB podcast, radio program, or any other type of multimedia.
Fielding any/all ideas on improving the site.
Victor Robbins
I’m curious to hear what people think the penalty should be. This is what I wrote in the basketball thread:
Despite the scoring, he has to be kicked off the team. WT’s first tough decision. Let’s see what he does. As a fan I’d like to see Robbins stick on the team, but I don’t see how you can do that as a coach and not imply there are different rules for different players and/or basketball players are above the law.
I think he has to go. And the positives are the Beavs have already exceed expectations (icing on the cake here on out), are playing well without him, and have a great class coming in, so they won’t need him next year. I think the signing of Noah Toaigi under a football scholarship makes him more dispensable, too. Tinkle basically gets Noah as a walk-on.
Lyle Moevao’s Tweet
His tweet reads:
#Polymovement
Followed by a list of the Poly players signed. If I were on the team and of a different ethnicity, I’d feel left out reading that. If a white player wrote #Caucasianmovement it would be a National story. So there’s that double standard. Great teams have to be unified, and I think writing something like this can only have the opposite effect.
I called Moevao out on his wall. What a stupid tweet.
Washington @ Oregon State
1:30 on Fox Sports 1.
Big crowd expected. If you’re in town go enjoy it.
Go Beavs!
Women’s Hoops @ Washington
7pm. Pac-12 network.
Since they are a National story with a legit chance at a National Championship, I’ll try to make a thread for each game moving forward. You guys might need to remind me to make the threads because I don’t follow the schedule.
Go Lady Beavs!
