  1. Win the darn game against a patsy. Colorado may be slightly improved but they are still a cellar Pac-12 program for now.

If we lose this the OSU President needs to acknowledge the ineptitude and have a Monday press conference to stop the incessant bleeding. BDC & Riles are replaced midseason. Bray or Garrett become interim HC and Massari becomes new AD.

    Simple as that.

  2. My fear is that Colorado and some of these lesser schools have weak enough secondaries that we can play the pass happy game and still pull off the win. We then learn nothing and get pulverized by the next quality opponent a la USC (which, incidentally, was not “quality “).

The thing that kills me- Woods was sensational last week. What more could he possibly have done to earn more carries?

    • That’s what I think, too. Mannion will have 400 yards, Beavs will win, and everyone will think all is well.

Ps. Big fantasy football game this week, too.

      • Sad, but you can be sure that even if Mannion approaches 400 yds Riley will still be hesitant to give either backup QB any playing time. Riley is so focused on getting stats for Sean that it diminishes his, already weak, game planning.
        GO BEAVS!

    • Wish you all could have heard Riley interviewed on local radio 1080 the other day. Isaac Ropp asked a ton of questions about USC and specifically asked about the run game working well yet being abandoned. Riley was all, “aw shucks…you know..we were running it well…and it was just a strange thing…we had a guy averaging pretty good yardage too in the first part there…but we meed to work on balance…blah blah blah…) I’m paraphrasing of course, but he acknowledged woods was running it well but couldnt understand why the beavs didnt stick with it. Its almost like he doesnt realize HE IS THE GUY IN CONTROL OF THIS TEAM!!!
Was so frustrating to hear him talk about his team like they were some other team that he doesnt have influence over. I hope they put that interview on podcast

        • Dissociative Disorder:

          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissociative_disorder

I have personal experience from childhood trauma. It’s a defense mechanism that allows a person to “split off” when enduring stressful situations. It is not schizophrenia but a natural coping mechanism. I’m certain Riley’s personality is so intentionally calm and holds in so much stress (he likely doesn’t have ways to outlet that stress) that one of his ways to cope is to … dissociate.

This includes memory loss, avoidance, foggy thinking, depression, vague/meandering speaking. All of which manifest itself in the program and in the live game.

  3. Everyone is dogging Riley for passing so much, but is on Leach’s jock for being so smart. Maybe Riley just read this blog and is trying to be more like Leach?

    Ever think of that, brainiacs?

    • Comparing what Leach does to what Riley does is apples to oranges.

Leach runs an offense that depends on the pass. Riley does not run that offense. If he wants too, great but then he needs to re-design the offense because Leach’s offense is about quick reads and getting the ball out. For Riley’s offense to be pass happy you need a great offensive line that gives your QB lots of time. A running game and play action can help your line in a Riley offense but you have to commit to the run, Leach doesn’t need the run to protect his QB/passing game. Riley does.

      Different philosophies genius.

      • No, he just references fat little girlfriends and then locks you in a dark equipment shed! Swing your sword! ARRRRRRRRGGHHHHH!!!!

  4. Who’s even praising Leach all that much at this point? Mr.Pirate’s team played a nice game against the Ducks and pulled one out with Utah, but they also lost to Nevada and Rutgers. Wazzu is a “remains to be seen” in my book.

But I would take Leach over Riley because it appears that Leach has a plan/identity on offense. I don’t know what the hell Riley has on any given week,

  5. Against Colorado I would run a pitch to the right, then a pitch to the left, then a QB keeper/draw, then punt on 4th and 8. I would pray, literally, for the defense to get lucky and score a touchdown for a huge 10-7 win, after which I would be triumphantly cared off the field by the players. Wake up Jerry… your’e dreaming again. Worked for me.. well sort of. JB

  6. aTm falls back to earth. Hill with 3 INTs and the aTm defense has given up over 500 yds and there’s still 10 min to go. MS state up 48-17.

  7. Over/Under for Cal/Wazzu is 73.5. I’ll take the over. Both defenses are awful. I expect to see another shootout like Cal/Buffs

  8. These teams running essentially the same offense. Bubble screens. Passes to the TE in the flat, and passing for long yards on 3rd and short

  9. Listening on the radio….sounds like Jim Wilson has about had it with Riley….”If you want to be a running team, then be a running team”!

Earlier he questioned the long pass on 2nd and 5. Go Jim!

    • Wilson was calling Riley out last week at the end of the half when a TO was not called. Wilson is so savvy in both FB and Baseball.

  10. Running opens up a nice thriw to Caleb Smith to the 4 and the Ward finishes with a nice TD run.

Offense works when it is done run first to make passing easier and both clicking.

Keep using this formula & OSU will win games in the Pac-12.

  11. Why is everyone picking Colorado to beat us? They’re terrible… Because they scored 60 versus Cal? I realize we’ve been inconsistent, but come on.

  12. Another running TD! Storm Woods. Formula of running more tgan passing is what works for OSU’s offense. Maybe Riley partially us beginning to get it?

  13. Ward runs for 4. 3rd and 6 and throw to Smith short by a yard. That 3 downs was a tad too pass happy and it slowed us up and probably kept that from being another TD drive. FG good though.

  14. I hate downfield passes that don’t go to the marker. Screens are fine because the back is getting blocking and expected to make someone miss, but to run a short pattern on 3rd down drives me crazy. I don’t know if it’s the QB or receivers fault? Sean Canfield was a master of throwing a 5 yard completion on 3rd and 7.

    • That was bizarre, why in the hell is Scott jumping behind the receiver? He at least had a clean shot for a hard tackle if sees the play.

  15. My worry now is that Riley is going to panic and start calling passes on every down when what they need are some runs to let the defense rest. Defense looked gassed already.

  16. Mannion is like Peyton Manning; just enough mobility to keep plays alive for an extra second. That’s at least three times this season he should have been sacked but just bought an extra bit of time to throw the dump off. First down.

  17. 3rd down and for the millionth time, we throw a stupid TE cross pass that, as ALWAYS, doesn’t convert.

Seriously, it’s like the 10th time this year we’ve run that play on 3rd and 5-10. Give it up, learn a fucking slant play.

  18. Beavs receivers don’t seem to get much if any separation. CU receivers have been wide open. This game is no sure thing, Buffs look much improved.

  19. They are blocking way too early on a lot of these throws.. Our coaches need to force the issue.. It’s offensive PI on about every other throw

  20. Bad snap a gift for Beavs; a quality team/coach puts the foot on the neck of the opponent in this situation. Beavs?……..we’ll see.

  21. Important drive for the Beavs. Will decent or bad Riley show up. Good mix of run and pass and OSU can take the 10 point halftime lead.

  22. Mannion with a horrible decision. Instead of throwing to a wide open Bolden and getting an easy 1st down on a crossing route, he throws a much more difficult pass to Mullaney that falls incomplete.

  23. What is wrong with Hamlett this year? I don’t think he was in the right place on that screen…looked awkward. He and Smith were supposed to be the strong suit.

  24. Mullaney drops the TD. Tough catch but should have had it. Needed a strong willed rush attack in the red zone. 3rd and 6 not working for OSU. Needs to be 3rd and 3 so we have much more options.

  25. 97 play drive, couldn’t stop any passing play. Larry Scott is murdering us, and the safeties aren’t doing anything either.

And no pressure by the DLine, though they’re throwing a ton of flares and screens so they don’t have time to do anything.

  26. Two really bad defensive series…..probably worst of the season. Take away the interception and this game would already be slipping away.

  27. I thought this game would be close but I thought the Beavs would be (barely) in control of it the entire time and sweat it out at the end. Beavs lost control…CO seems to want it more.

  28. Leave 2 TO’s and 30+seconds on the clock; and then tell reporter, “we need to get back to running the ball”………………so f’n Riley!!

  29. Riley getting outcoached again by the worst team in the conference. Best coach OSU can get? What a joke!

Riley needs to be FIRED if he loses to the Buffs. He will be the nation’s new worst coach and deservedly so. How many lackluster pathetic showings does he get? Can’t even beat the lowest of the cellar dwellers.

OSU is new cellar program. Thanks for the sh*t product Riley.

  30. I’ve reached fatigue with Riley ….as a fan I want to see something different in the very near future. With no “non-competitive” teams in the P-12 anymore this could get interesting for Mr.Neat Deal, wins may get hard to come by moving forward.

  31. Has there ever been a player so big that goes down as easily as Hamlet?
D looks like shit. How many off sides so far?
MR will defy reason and think he is in a shoot out and pass on every down. Since we can’t pass block he will go to all seven step drops.

  32. If you get 6 yards on 1st down, is there a rule that says you cant run on 2nd. Dear lord, just chip away and keep the offense on the field for more than a handful of plays

  33. 2nd a 4 after yet another 6 yard run.. let’s throw a low percentage deep ball to richly mullaney??

Can someone tackle Riley and take over play calling??

  34. They drop a million back into zone, we dump it down to the TE for -2 yards, then a bad punt. What has happened to Kostol? He used to pin the ball deep every time; he’s looked pretty bad this season.

Do we have no passes to beat zone? OH WAIT SLANTS DO THAT!

  35. Even the announcers keep babbling about how slow the Beaver receivers are…..it is becoming obvious. Mullaney has nice hands usually, but he’s not the same without Cooks.

You know if the run the ball 4 times in a row and average 2.5 yards, it’s a first down.

    • Jarmon is fast, Villamon is big, Mullaney is hands, etc. Riley (and Mannion) just aren’t using them right. Remember when everyone thought Bolden missing was the problem? lol

  36. Riley only ran on 12 of 30 plays in the 1st half. That is just a 40% run ratio and based on OSUProf’s study that is firmly in the area where odds to win are starting to seriously nosedive to very unlikely. I saud before game if anything less than 45% OSU would be in position to lose to even the lowly Buffs.

Fact is you can only beat 5-10 percent of Pac-12 games only running it 40% or less. That number has to be 50%+ to win most our games. Riley is an idiot and he only passes more if down 4 or more. Luckily with CU you can get away with it more than just about anyone else but the numbers say we lose if this isn’t atleast 43% by the end of the game. Giving away our talent advantage due to Riley ineptitude.

  37. Does Riley just have a huge boner for getting Mannion a passing TD? We get within the redzone and then decide its time for home runs on every play. Has Romaine become our most consistent player suddenly.

  38. Romaine with the FG and Beavs lead 23-21 but passing tendancies increasing. Think it comes down to game management at the end. Riley will show what if anything he has learned.

  39. I don’t understand that 3rd and 2. Beavs LB has the guy stopped and nobody comes in to help clean up until the CO line is able to get there and push the receiver forward. So lazy

        • They were stealing Kershaw’s pitches, IMO. Everything was squared up and that just doesn’t happen.
Royals and Nationals are playing the best baseball right now. That would be a great WS.

          • either that or he was tipping his pitches. I for one am tired of the Cards and their bush league bullshit plunking dodger batters. If I’m Greinke, I hit the first batter I face to get the bench warnings out of the way. Unless the cards do it first which wouldn’t surprise me

  40. Just about every time we have a nice return, we have a botched hit into a penalty.

Also, what is “Targeting a blindside player”? He kinda led with his helmet, so I guess that’s a penalty. But I’ve never heard of THAT penalty.

  41. Offense was flowing, then Mannion throws a bomb to destroy that.
He’s just not a very good QB. Sorry.

They should run more draws. Those work since they pass so much.

    • Nobody ever makes a bad decision. Of course, when you have defenders breathing down your neck and bad play calls, what are you supposed to do, just eat the sack?

All Riley is doing is sending Mullaney deep. Exactly the opposite of his strengths.

  42. Need to get a TD on this drive to take the momentum in the 4th. 3rd and short coming up here. Anyone want to bet if we run or pass? I’ll take Pass for $400 Alex.

  43. Commentor says “Oregon State has moved the ball, they just haven’t finished as much as they’d have liked”

  44. CRAZY PLAY!

Smith with an amazing catch, and Mannion throwing into double coverage BUT in the only place his man could make a play.

  45. All out blitz fails to get to the QB again but Scott makes the sure tacke (don’t know if sure tackle and Scott go together though)

  46. …and then the stupid fucking sideline streak. To our slowest receiver. What the fuck is wrong with Riley? Can someone ask him why he’d throw streaks to our slowest receiver 10+ times a game?

  47. WTF the cheerleaders were blocking the play clock? WTF is that?

THIRD DOWN RUN FOR A FIRST!!! Madness again?

Riley is fucking nuts. No rhyme to anything he does.

  48. THAT was a nice drive. And a helluva block by Ricky Ortiz. See what happens when you mix run/pass????? Riley??????

  49. Beautiful throw.

And fucking BOLDEN CAN’T CATCH ANYTHING!!!

Blame his pinky, he couldn’t catch before that either. That dude is fucking garbage. Why isn’t Jarmon playing instead of him?

  50. I’m excited about our WRs. Bolden seems pretty good, I really like Jarmon as well.

Hawkins hasn’t shown much but he’s a true freshman. He has really good speed.

Chris Brown has seemed good in the small amount of time we’ve given him.

QB seems scary, but we just haven’t seen enough of VanderVeen or Del Rio.

  51. Nice fail fucking tackling. Classic Beavs from the last 2-3 years.

Zimmerman didn’t PI on that play, but botched coverage plus called for PI PLUS FAILED TACKLE in 3 plays. Least Valuable Player?

  52. The 20 year old QB has to calm his coach down. What a fucking douchebag. I didn’t have any feelings about Colorado until now, but that guy is a toolbag. Stop fucking crying and freaking out, your kids have better poise than you do.

      • Colorado’s coach chased down the refs immediately after the last kneel-down and was whining and crying and bitching to them, them running and screaming elsewhere, and his QB has to wrap him up and try to calm him down. He said 2 words to Riley during their meet-up midfield, no handshake, then ran off.

        Just a classless little baby.

  53. Not good. We win, but that bonehead play where no one was back on the Colorado kickoff is pure Riley. Good God.

And….most top ranked teams lose, and UO is given new life to get in the playoffs…. yikes.

  54. It finally dawned on me….Riley is starting to remind me of Chauncey Gardner in “Being There”. He is a master at saying simple things that people mistake for brillance. I would like to run the ball more, but that means we will pass less.

  55. Colorado is improving. Won’t be long before they’re more competitve in the Pac. The home field altitude advantage is helpful too.

  56. Weasel essential said that none of our receivers are all that good and Smith is the guy they need to feature. He said Smith reminds him of Todd Heath.

  57. As stated above… you know you are a real Beaver fan when you feel disgusted after a win. Could agree more. Isn’t Colorado the whipping post of the pac-12? Shouldn’t we have sounding kicked their ass. I’m not even sure I feel lucky we got a win here. Coaching is getting uglier and uglier every year.

  58. Two things: (1) The beavs haven’t had any kind of a run game since Quizz left. The question is why. (2) I think the beav’s defense right now might be better than Oregon’s. Which probably isn’t saying too much.

  59. Looks like MeChicken will have a new coach for sure for the Beav’s visit to the Big House.
They got royally screwed by the refs late in the game.

  60. ASU pulls an unbelievable comeback vs ASU. Scores 2 TDs with about 2 minutes left- and that’s WITHOUT recovering either onside kick.

Their backup QB throws for over 500 yds and 5 TDs, including taking the team on his back in those last 2 minutes.

Our backup QB just recently learned to throw a spiral LOL.

  61. Zack Greinke pitches a 2 hit shutout thru 7 against the Cards. He was nails tonight. Hope the bullpen can hold it. And the Vagiants beat the Nats in 18 to go up 2-0 heading home. WTF? I’d love a dodgers/vagiants NLCS.

    • And goff has nearly 400 yards on less attempts. Those kickoff returns kept the ball out of his hamds, otherwise he be keeping pace with Halliday

  62. Halliday with 625 passing yds going into the 4th, 91 yds away from ncaa record. Cal consecutive kickoff returns for td’s #onlyinthepac12

  63. Utah almost blew that, ucla misses game winning fg, only to a second chance after a running into thekicker penalty. Then miss again.

  64. HAHA ultimate coug’d it. Missed an effective PAT to lose the game.

Man, this was an incredible slate of games tonight, ASU-USC, UTAH-UCLA, CAL-WSU. Can’t ask for anything better than that…

  65. 19 seconds and pass hapoy aunt patty doesnt pass or 3rd down? Kicks it on third down, miss??
Couldnt trust a guy who had just broken the ncaa record to throw on 3rd down???

  66. Let’s see where is Gameday gonna go? It looked like it would be Pasadena, but Oregon and UCLA both lost so it’s probably either:

Auburn @ Mississippi State (giving angry more fodder to use against ESPN)
    or
    TCU @ Baylor

    That’s my guess

  67. Been watching a lot of pac12 football. I honestly wonder if Beavs will win another game this year. Our receivers can’t break free. We are slow. Everyone else has a mobile qb. We have Riley. Etc etc.
Every win here on out will be a surprise.

      • We certainly know that Cal and WSU can be thrown on. Those should both be entertaining shoot outs.

Regarding our receiver woes, I think we’ve got some real potential between Jarmon, Villamin, Dockery, and Boldin. If a couple of those guys make some major strides we could be seeing a much better passing game.

Mullaney will not be a big play guy. Having him at flanker is a joke. We need a wr1 to develop so mullaney can capitalize as a possession guy.

Hawkins looks like a ultimate waste of a redshirt. If we see anything out of him, it won’t be this year.

  68. So how many of you were cracking up at the One on One commercial on Pac-12 Networks saying Mark Helfrich and Mike Riley have all the answers?

    • duck athletes in trouble with the law? Color me shocked. Win at costs. Guess I’m more surprised this came to light in the media and wasn’t swept under the rug

    • I don’t track the graduations of the Oregon players but the constant turnover on their squad should ultimately affect their NCAA progress rating (can’t remember the acronym). If you have too many transfers/non-grads in a four year window you actually get banned from post-season play. It would seem to me they must be getting close to that line.

      • That’s why their handling of the rape case last year was even more controversial. They knew the players were involved and being investigated, but neglected to hold them out of post season play, which made them qualify as a full time student in that calculation. If they had been banned from the program prior to the end of the season, it would have negatively affected the team’s standing and they would have had NCAA sanctions thrown at them.
Then, after the players were counted, they decided to kick the players out of school. Their handling of that was self serving for the athletic department.

  69. So… can any pollyanna out there please explain our last kick return to me? Why is it that those who “that’s why he’s paid to be a football coach… and you’re not” are doing what they’re doing?

I also wonder why our best route runner and hands is running fly pattern after fly pattern.

  70. Gameday going to Mississippi State next weekend. 3 SEC locations in a row!!

Might as well rename the show “The FSU and SEC tour”. They’ve already visited the sites that FSU has been playing at twice this year, and I imagine they’ll be there the following week for the Notre Dame v. FSU game.

  71. Mannion was shown near the end of the game with a headset on and I never saw Garrett on the sideline. Did I miss Garrett or was he upstairs?

  72. I was at the game. Dare I say that it looked as if OSU benefited from the refereeing? I had a good view of the pass-interference call on Colorado’s big interception and I must say, it didn’t look all that interfering, but . . . luck of the beavers?

    • It didn’t look like it live, but on the replay shown from the ref’s angle you could see the push-off with the arm fully extending in order to get large separation.

The play CU was upset about with Nelson hand fighting then knocking the ball away in the end could have been called. But that hand fighting/contact on routes no-call was a consistent no-call all game long and benefited CU more than it did OSU.

    • I will at least give the AP poll credit for doing what the Coaches poll didn’t: Putting undefeated TCU over the team they beat (Oklahoma) and putting undefeated Arizona over the team they beat (Oregon)

  73. I watch the game again and noticed some things.

First quarter we established a run game. And we went up 14 – 0.
Can’t remember if it was 1st qtr or 2nd but Alexander made a huge interception off a very poor judgement throw. In the end this interception probably won us the game.

Second quarter Riley abandons the run game. Mannion looked good but no open receivers. He was checking around to see who was open, no one was. He had to thread in all his throws. Our receivers can’t get separations, to slow. Our defense loosened up and gave a lot of space as the game went on. Going into halftime we trailed 21-20.

The announcers continuously called our receiving core slow. Our run after catch is horrible.

We had 48 seconds until halftime. 1st play takes about 20 seconds, Mannion gets sacked. We have 2 time outs, Riley doesn’t use them but decides to walk into locker room 1 point behind. I just don’t get that thinking.

Second half, typical Riley comes out slinging. Run game put on hold. Our 2 injured DT’s (thanks to cheap shots from USC) is evident as CU has plenty of time to throw and was running the ball well. Our defense held their own though when it counted most.

Riley sticks with air raid for the most part. Mannion very often has to check down on his throws, no one is open for all Riley’s continuous deep balls.

Refs really sucked and many no calls in CU’s favor. Pac-12 Refs are preschoolers.

End of the 3rd Riley finally brings in a couple run plays… big gains. 3rd and 4 after successful runs Riley has Mannion go for the bomb. Ball was intercepted but a PI call that was a gift to us. Mulhaney again no separation down the field to slow. Storm is a different running back this year. Both him and Ward came to play this year… Riley just won’t allow it.

4th qtr starts with lucky TD throw by Mannion to Smith who was double covered.

CU has the slowest hurry-up in the Pac-12 but everyone can see the Banker effect as CU moves the ball well.

4th qtr Riley still throws throws throws. Mannion has to throw to slow covered receivers. CU cheerleader blocking play clock, Mannion has to burn a time out. With a little over 5 minutes left Riley finally keeps the ball on the ground with runs and flysweep and wouldn’t you know, we score a TD.

Failed 2 point try (perfect throw right into Bolden’s hands – dropped – Bolden dropped about 3 catch-able balls today). CU takes ball off kick at around the their 20. Our D plays real loose and CU chews down the field. Another bad ref call against Zimmerman for pass interference. CU scores next play. 36-31 OSU.

Very poor coaching decision not to have anyone in back flied on kick off. We got lucky and took ball over on the 10 yardline. CU calls timeout after 2 yard gain and Riley looks lost as to what play to give Mannion. We failed to move the ball. Forced to punt with 2 minutes left, poor series followed by poor punt, CU takes over with 45 yards to the endzone. A no-call on Nelson brings up 4th down and we take over to knee the clock out.

This game shouldn’t have been close. It was because Riley refused to run the ball.

Mannion has the tools, and is even more mobile this year, but he has only tools to throw to at this point… man, if only we still had Cooks.

Our running game is 100% better this year, but Riley is to much of a tool to use it properly.

This game was won on a poor decision throw by CU’s QB and a poor decision throw on Mannion’s part but it resulted in a great catch by Smith for a TD.

This season could really be ugly for us unless Riley is born again into a run game mind set and unless our receivers somehow increase their speed. Didn’t feel good about this win against probably to worst team in the Pac-12. No more gimmes the rest of the season.

    • Maybe adjust the game plan and routes to play to the strengths of the receivers that are here now? Simple Jack just can’t get it through his head that Cooks is gone and won’t be back.

    • Good observations, man.

Riley, BORN AGAIN?! Dude, that aint happinin’. Give Riley a break….he actually retired several years ago, just hasnt made it official. That’s so’s he keeps getting that great viewing position on the sidelines.

Seriously, signs point to him being pretty disassociated come game time. How could he not have a receiver back on that …maybe…onside kick?

One wonders if he forbids anyone from pointing out the obvious to him during a game. Just have one assistant who listens or watches the broadcast, and yell out when the announcers start wailing about calling time out, or no one back. Even if you have dementia you can compensate for it by letting those around you know to jump in if you start zoning out.

Could it be possible Riley has a med Px for weed, and is in fact zoned out, come game time? Seems like that could explain the continuing lapses. Got to be something going on.

  74. PEKO ALERT
Gina tweets, “Latest in the Kyle Peko saga, Mike Riley says on conference call if Peko passes a class that ends Tuesday, could play against Utah.”

You can’t make this stuff up! But, OSU Sports Info staff, or someone, seems to be trying!

  75. Ok, well that does it for me god damn it! So there I was at a shit kid birthday and me and only ONE other guy there were wearing Beaver orange so I struck up a conversation about the win over Colorado and how it really seemed like we had some things clicking finally on both sides of the ball. Then this guy Jared was talking about wanting to watch NFL games because of all the Beaver players who are MAJOR role players and faces of franchises from coast to coast. Then this little shit was listening to us said “I didn’t know the Beavers had ANY players in the NFL, wow that’s cool!” I couldn’t believe my GOD DAMN EARS because we basically dominate the NFL as far as colleges I think besides Alabama and Pitt?? I told that little mother F’er that there was AT LEAST 50 F’ing STARTERS n the league. Honestly, if it was my kid I would have kicked his sorry, floppy hair ass to the MOON for saying shit like that but can you guys help me out here, I really couldn’t think of anyonebidesbesides Cooks, Browner, and Anderson, and Quizz and obviously the HOF er Jackson. What about Afalava or Butler? And WTF is up with Poyer?!? I know he’s a starter but where? Seems like they aren’t showing many of his highlights but not sure because maybe people don’t throw his way too often? East coast bias?!?!? GO BEAVS!!!!!!!!!

  76. Looks like football teams this past weekend reminded pollsters and “the committee” that competition and play are more important than opinion and ranking….

And OSU looks to have pulled out an unsatisfying win that nobody really cared about….oh Riley, the security of institutional complacency and league and national irrelevancy….
