Inquiring minds want to know.

As you can see here, the show has been in SEC country 64 times.

By comparison:

Big 12: 22

Pac-12: 30

ACC: 32

Big 10: 50

Cheers to your terrible product, Disney. Let the propaganda machine roll on.

Yeah totally! Like, what? How many times have they come to Corvallis? F’ing ONE TIME, and that was mostly because of the YUCKS were undefeated. Everyone tries to always say nice things about Riley and him being respected but sort of hard to believe when ESPN goes to see THE WRONG USC I wonder if they were actually supposed to cover the game today but somehow they made a mistake and went there? Either way, OUR game is by far the most nationally compelling this weekend + Disneyland is there they could have made.a BUNCH of money by inviting coach Rileys team and having camera crews on site to tape it and do a nice story but no we get this damn SEC CRAP fed to us again by the god damn ladle full. Each week, more F’ing ladles for you to choke on. Ladle after ladle youd think they get tired of the same shit soup after 64 F’ing ladles full. But guess NOT!

Just see which schools show up in espn commercials and you’ll know where their allegiances lie.

Disney doesn’t need good product when it has so much of the market.

I love Lawrence…his stats from last year are weak, but I think he still could pan out.

yep. that color has lost its distinctiveness. I think Beavs ought to make it an “emphasis” color like every one else for special occasions but drop it from the regular palette. I recommend adding brown. After all, the color fur on castor canadensis is brown, not black. They have white eyes and orange teeth. That’s all you need to know.

It’s big business. Primary objective: stack cashola. If I were running a network for profitability do I pick a partially filled 60-80,000 seat stadium in an area where people have outside interests other then college football, or capacity 80-100,000 seat stadiums where priorities are: 10% to the tithe, 10% to coach Saban, 10% split between chick fil a and mcdonalds, then use whatever’s left to pay the mortgage. And you’re saying I also have a 2.25 billion dollar tv deal with these people? SEC game it is

Why is College Game Day in South Carolina? Why does College Game Day keep going back to SEC country?

Promoting the SEC is big business for ESPN. Key fact: the SEC Network is 100% owned and operated by ESPN Inc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEC_Network. In contrast, the PAC-12 Network is 100% owned by the PAC-12 Conference. If you were ESPN, which conference’s games would YOU try to feature on Game Day?

This is also why college football fans are just about guaranteed to see at least one SEC team in the college playoffs, and perhaps two, every year for the next 12 years. ESPN owns the rights to broadcast all college playoff games from 2014 until 2025. ESPN paid $7.3 billion overall for these TV rights. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/College_Football_Playoff From ESPN’s perspective, it all comes together beautifully when SEC teams are at the top of the heap. If ESPN can help that happen by featuring SEC teams on Game Day, so be it….and so it will be.

NC State looking pretty solid so far vs Florida State. If they manage to take this one, who moves into 1st? The next few teams are all on byes.

This game is looking a lot like 2008 USC game. Then they showed an image about the recent history with Florida St. playing at NC State, looks like NC State is to Florida St what OSU is to USC.

#2 Oregon, #3 Alabama, #4 Oklahoma all with byes. #5 A&M on their way to a loss. Auburn will probably jump to #1 after beating LousianaTech(yay!) today, and Alabama will probably slide up to #2. SEC!! SEC!!. OSU could beat USC and stay undefeated but still not sniff the top 15, but SEC twams can be top 5 without beating anybody significant.
