I’ve been working my way through the coach interviews the past week. Some notable tidbits after watching all the Fall camp videos.
1. Smith says Aidan Willard not in camp. I think I had him rated a 1 star and wasted scholie. Good to hear. Addition by attrition. (I’m now told he’s back…luck o’ da Beavs)
2. Michalczik claims the offensive line is much better. I’ll believe it when I see it, but it makes sense given another year, etc.
3. Running back and WR are both the obvious strengths. Two sleepers to watch are Calvin Tyler and Jesiah Irish. They’re lower on the depth chart but both are intriguing.
4. Tibesar says they’re doing drills to force turnovers, get more pressure on the QB, and stop the run. This is Captain Obvious stuff, but still it’s good to hear they know what to work on. Sounds like they’re not getting pressure or turnovers, though, based on Smith’s comments after the scrimmage (complained of lack of pressure/turnovers). This is the same old story, and if this hasn’t improved we won’t improve much.
5. August 13th Lindgren says the offensive line is not physical. Also says in the same video messing up the small details. Mentions poor technique and execution stalling drives. This also sounds like typical Beavs.
6. August 9th Blue Adams calls the secondary a “work in progress”. That doesn’t sound good.
7. Trent Bray says LBs bigger and stronger.
For those of you who made it to scrimmage, how did the team look? Strengths: WRs and RB. Weakness: CB, pass rush, turnovers?
Sound about right?
I don’t know if they should be working on stripping the ball, they need to focus on tackling and making stops. This crew failed defense 101 last year, let’s not bump them up to 201.
That’s so sad.
“This crew failed…”
Agree, except there are enough new players that (along with the experience gained by returnees) the 2019 crew should look much better than previous; I’ll go with the notion that correct stripping technique includes an initial wrap up.
EDIT/ADD: Eggers tweets, “Senior LB Shemar Smith on the @BeaverFootball defense: “We’re 10 times better than last year.
We’re getting a push up front with the D-linemen. We have new pieces to the puzzle. We have angrier guys, hungrier guys ready to make plays in the backfield.”
Luton has looked more consistent but Gebbia has had some great throws including a dime TD pass to Aaron Short
Just to be clear, the scrimmage on Aug 10 was not open to the public. Of course, today’s was open and promoted.
As far as where the team stands, here is why i’m optimistic about the O:
-Smith, after the 8/10 scrimmage, passes “are being completed, they are going to the right spot, they are on time.”
-BIG JIM has said, both on Eggers podcast and the radio preview show, that the O-line is vastly improved.
(nugget: he says Levengood may play C if Eldridge cannot go)
-And, the RB/WR corps is proven.
Our WRs are excellent, too, not just RBs.
But both require line play to reach that potential. I’m not sure the line is good enough. Reportedly they were stopped on a 3rd and 1 and then a 4th and 1 in that scrimmage because they lacked intensity.
And now seeing tweets that Lavaka had to be helped off the field with what appears to be a knee injury. Shit!
Just saw that from Eggers. Shit, indeed!!
He was walking without a limp and thankfully looked fine
Eggers just tweeted ‘ @Coach_Smith says Gus lavaka’s injury is to an ankle, and team medical staffers don’t believe it’s serious
Thank you baby Jesus!
The GT recap mentions Colletto and the KO/punt return squads.

Keep an eye out for Kolby Taylor.
He’s good (4-star I think?)…great routes and technique, tho not a burner.
The next Mike Hass?
Or James Newson
This was posted an hour ago:

Ron Callan has tweeted vid clips of a few players after the scrimmage. And how about this from Jordan Whittley; this guy is likely to provide a lot of bulletin board material, we’ll see if he can back it up:
https://twitter.com/roncallan
Sounds like Gebbia is making a push but Luton will start.
Has anyone heard the kind of teammate support for Gebbia that has been reported for Luton?
Someone put an EA sports video game simulation of the Beavers/Cowboys game on YouTube. I watched a little for shits and giggles. Cowboys won something like 38-31 with a late TD (I mostly watched the 4th). Luton went crazy stats-wise but couldn’t orchestrate the game tieing drive. Beaver win would be nice, but at least a competitive game would be good to see on national tv.
Anyone know if the Cowboys are expected to be good this year?
I read that they lost most of their starting defense? Not that they won’t have talent to replace them but if they haven’t quite gelled yet the offense could have a good day.
Nice. Historically we tend to get these types of teams when they’re all 5th year seniors on a title run.
They’re also going through their own qb battle. Maybe this year we can actually catch a break qb wise
Gundy already announced Monday during the “Night with OSU” at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel that he wasn’t going to have much of an update on the quarterback battle, but he did share after practice Tuesday that both quarterbacks are getting more comfortable understanding the offense.
They’re making plays,” Gundy said about quarterbacks Dru Brown and Spencer Sanders. “Everybody knows (that) for me, you’ve got to take care of the football. … You have to be able to run our offense at a very up-tempo style, and both of them are getting a little bit better every day.”
https://www.tulsaworld.com/sports/college/osu/osu-football-mike-gundy-pleased-with-cowboys-weekend-scrimmage/article_3386ad77-695c-5168-8b7d-87c390a30f10.html
I understand their DB’s are highly ranked, but D-line and LB’s are unproven. In fact, “They don’t have anyone on campus who has started a game (at defensive line) in this Oklahoma State defense.”
Here’s a report from a local scribe: “Knowles’ (the D-coordinator) level of concern for the linebacker group as a whole remains high. Senior Calvin Bundage, who has been a starter the last two years, is slowed with a back injury, and junior Devin Harper has been in a walking boot through the first week of camp…
depth is a major concern. Knowles will often shift into a 3-3 scheme in passing situations…
(Knowles’ 4-2-5 defense has a middle linebacker and an outside, or weakside, linebacker).
https://oklahoman.com/article/5638211/osu-football-amen-ogbongbemiga-stepping-into-key-role-in-cowboys-thin-linebacker-position
Oh, their QB situation is not settled. A RS Frosh vs a 5th yr Sr.
4-2-5…hm. My guess was to run Jefferson early and often and not have Luton throwing into that (except the TE and short routes). Wasn’t sure so I looked up how to beat it. This article came up:
https://joedanielfootball.com/425gameplan/
A lot more too it than I thought.
Enjoyable scrimmage last night. Liked the look of our uniforms, especially the away white jerseys. All of the running backs looked good and played hard. Aydon and Whitley are sure big, but seemed in decent shape, and impressive. Gebbia’s touchdown scramble was awesome! Hodgins is the real deal, and Lindsey, Flemmings and Irish are really fast. Yes, the defense was impressive and really loud and supportive on the sidelines.
What happens first: Luton collects Social Security or he graduates college?
Thinking he’ll graduate first as he’s probably smart enough to delay SS a few years to maximize his monthly payment. It will be close though!
Haha. Good answer.
Except with his injury history taking SS as soon as eligible may mean more $ over his lifespan.
He should be eligible for SS in a few months so we’ll find out!
He already graduated.
https://www.instagram.com/p/ByvKeWMBCwj/?igshid=w6o38ft8dzky
Formally, but by graduate I mean leave the facility and never return.
He’s in like year 20.
If Okie Lite loses to us, Gundy’s getting canned at the end of the year
Eggers up with his assessment of the open scrimmage, a few new insights:
So far, I like Blue; gotta see it on the field though.
https://pamplinmedia.com/pt/12-sports/436108-345102-beavers-start-to-believe-in-their-rebuilt-defense
He’s all business in the videos and doesn’t seem to like the secondary.
Did the secondary suck? Didn’t get to make it
Jordan Whittley isn’t the only one providing bulletin board material. This from the GT story on Hicks-Onu coming back from missing last season due to injury:
When asked about the emotions he might feel as he takes the field against the Cowboys, Hicks-Onu said he’s only focused on one thing.
“I’m going to be thinking about tearing them boys up to be honest,” he said with a smile. “All that last year stuff is in the past, now I’m looking forward. I can’t let the past define me. It’s all about the future and what I’m going to do.”
How do y’all feel about the remarks here and those above by Whittley?
A) Pretty mild
B) too soon to say
C) Foolish
D) About time
E) Boys will be boys
F) You can get away with a lot if you SMILE
EDIT/ADD: Here’s Eggers take on Whittley (from twitter):
“He’s plenty big and has a quick burst for his weight, which is still too much for his body. Not sure he’ll be an every-down DL but if he can stay healthy, he’ll help. Best-case scenario, he’ll be a difference-maker.”
I’ll also add something Whittley said in the clip tweeted by Ron Callan above. Whittley seems to think some situations “matter” and others don’t; he speaks of what he’ll do 3d and 4th down at the goal line, etc. He adds, “If it don’t count, it don’t matter it’s really just nothing to me…”
About time damit! I want some attitude on D and can handle a few roughing penalties during the course of season. Would rather have too aggressive than not aggressive enough.
Honestly tired of recycled cliches in sports. They’re not saying anything derogatory about their opponent, just talking up their game or trying to show “swag” as they put it these days.
It’s all good until you get crushed. I say let it fly as long as they don’t act like jackasses on or off the field
Also, I feel bulletin board material is a myth. If you need someone to talk trash to get you to play well you suck and won’t last long. You should be ready to kick ass every game: no matter the opponent.
Like Ed Ray’s delusion that this is “our house” and we were somehow going to defend it with 2-star recruits who had SJSU offers.
Hey now, we showed Southern Utah who’s in charge! (for a half)
Enough is enough! So why does Oregon ducks get to recruit and pay kids/schools to reclassify and commit? Why are the ducks the only team still adding players this late? Sorry bud, gotta wait till next year like everyone else! It’s an obvious advantage bias they receive but NCAA won’t do anything because of the Nike money and branding. Still no school should be above the law so blatantly, why do they get special treatment? Time to take a stand!
You are probably looking for the comment section found here: https://www.oregonlive.com/beavers/
Been offline for most of the last 12 days. Any major recruiting news i need to catch up on? Besides Newell committing?
Simi Kuli is still awaiting news on his test score.
Nebraska’s entire 2017 recruiting class has transferred to Corvallis.
I don’t go to the recruiting sites often, but playing around on 247 (which had no idea they merged with blitz???) I found where you can look at all time top recruits for your team. Got a kick out of #4. You can probably guess who
https://247sports.com/college/oregon-state/Sport/Football/AllTimeRecruits/
Mamma Machado bailed on Blitz (and all their subscribers) and went to Scout (then asked them to subscribe there)…then there were mergers. If anyone followed her around they’re idiots.
Thanks for dredging up the memories…there are quite a few notable busts on there. Mostly JC guys.
Questions for anybody who happened to catch the scrimmage:
What was the format of the scrimmage? Was it the #1 offense vs #2 defense and vice versa, like they’ve done in the past? Or did they actually have the #1 Off matchup against the #1?
Who made up the starting OL and DL?
With Jeromy Reichner out, and reports that Sandberg and Rawls are nursing injuries, I’m pretty worried about our DEs.
On OL, we have similar depth issues, especially if a guy like Lavaka has an ankle injury that lingers into the season.
DBs are the other main area of concern it sounds like. Did Wright look the part? Anybody else?
What’s up with the playing status of safeties Jalen Moore and David Morris?
Keep reading coaches making comments about needing those guys to be healthy for the season, but what are the current issues?
From Olive practice report:
“It’s not as if the defense owned the show. The offense had its moments, particularly at the outset. The No. 1 offense torched the No. 1 defense on the opening drive, going 99 yards on seven plays, capped with a 9-yard touchdown run by Jefferson.
The highlight was a 56-yard strike by Luton to Isaiah Hodgins.”
The rest appears to be 1s vs 2s.
Oh no!!! We suck again! Until the defense out shines the offense, this team will not be cohesive. I highly doubt the offense is that good at preventing turnovers. Maybe that’s changed, but I see at least on average, 1-2 INT by Luton and or Gebbia this season and about 0.5 fumbles given up each game. prove me wrong Beavs, prove me wrong.
are you being serious?
To me it looked like half the time the ones were against the ones with twos against twos but their often was times they were mixed.
OL left to right- Brandel-Lavaka-Keobounnam-Cordasco-Kipper
Gray-Clarke-Eldridge-Levengood-Bush
DL-Hodgins-Aydon Whitley
Williams-Bennett-Rawls
Wright physically looked the part and was mostly running with the twos and threes, got a few reps with the ones
The defensive backfield most consistently looked like this, with a lot of rotating
1s- Dunn Hicks Manning (Hayes or Austin)
2s-(Hayes or Austin) Morris Arnold Wilson
Morris was full go, ran with the ones and twos while Moore was held out but didn’t appear to be hurt
Was impressed with how much more imposing the Defense looked, specifically the John McCarten and Addison Gumbs
Luton appeared to be more consistent but Gebbia had some really nice throws
Hodgins didn’t play much but when he did he looked really good, he absolutely burned Alex Austin on a chair route
Thanks for the info GoBeavs!
Lineback seems like an especially deep position talent wise. Especially if Colletto is contributing. I almost forgot about Gumbs. He should be a difference maker, but now I wonder if they move into one of the voids at DE? Guy should be starting for Oklahoma this year, so he’s is a pretty big upgrade in talent. If Bray cant make the LB groups look good this year, he needs to be on the hot seat. He has all of the talent he could wish for.
Corner and OL are still huge question marks. How come we cant get good CB talent anymore? Seems like we used to send at least 1 guy to the NFL every year.
Lost another, Yeskie is taking all-american commit Daniel Susac with him to the desert.
https://twitter.com/danielsusac10/status/1163576613839093760
I’m going to start calling him Fredo Yeskie. Theres a reason he was passed up for the coaching job after Casey had input in the process.
Strange a catcher would rather follow yeskie than play for a former catcher.
Seems like OSU made yeskie not convinced it’s the other way around.
But good luck to the kid, may he fail miserably in the desert.
He’s more likely to go pro than to college. If that happens then there’s no loss.
Hahahahaha
https://www.instagram.com/p/B1W8YqChF8v/?igshid=9plh81e4nkz1
All jokes aside, our new graphics design people are awesome.
Wonder how he’ll feel when Yeskie leaves next year for a HC gig
This is the reality of it, Yeskie will be a head coach after this season.
Scrimmage highlights. Nice to see Colletto still running in from the 1.:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecDPy38aMZA
Ryan Allen cut by the Pats. Not sure if he gets picked up right away or not. Not exactly a big time distance guy but pretty accurate.
He was a big factor in the super bowl for field advantage. Must have upset Tommy.
Cut by Smilin’ MIke and now Bad Bill. Quite the extremes!
The speculation I was reading is that because of Allen’s years of service his cap hit was getting up there a bit so it is a bit of a money saving movie with the punter they drafted. But I imagine the NE offense won’t be as potent next year so maybe having a bigger leg will be somewhat needed.
The Hawaii game will be broadcast on…..Facebook?
I guess it’s better than nothing, but that seems like a pretty bad deal the mountain west negotiated. Does facebook have sideline reporters or commentators, or will it all just be fan comments in a chat screen?
https://mobile.twitter.com/BeaverAthletics/status/1163951496427212800
That’s just weird.
That is. I dont do Facebook so hopefully there might be another way
I noticed some connection with the Stadium network. I get a Stadium channel over the air here in Portland. I guess I will check that before using Facebook Live.
duck fans….smh…
This is so bad, and i can’t stop replaying it. The hair flip. The awkward white guy pretending to rap. The confused fans. The terrible music.
https://twitter.com/BeavRecruiting/status/1163895144682160128?s=19
Golly, what a hip tune!
Isaiah Tufaga has left the program.
Not expected to be with first or, even, second squad?
Wasn’t his younger brother suppose to be really good and had shown signs of liking the Beavs program?
Maybe he sees the same logjam at LB and didnt see himself playing much?
Opens up a roster spot for them to pick up a DE off the scrap heap before the season starts, at least
Avery Roberts and Colletto taking reps away. The guy started 9 games though last year. Makes me wonder if he didn’t put the work in during the off season.
The roster needs more balance. Way too many sophomores currently. If they can somehow find a grad transfer senior to plug and play at DE, it would help a ton and also help open up some scholarship spots for the 2020 class.
Big “if” though
And a day later, Tufaga is announcing he will join Hawaii.
I’m sure there was no amount of tampering involved and all communication between Hawaii and Tufaga occurred only in the last less than 24 hours, after Tufaga appeared in the portal. Nothing suspicious here…
It’s fine. He was recruited as a safety(?) and seems a bit smaller than ideal as a lb considering the guys who have come in. I wonder if the coaches offered to move him back to safety given the question marks there. I thought he’d end up at USU.
Heard Kee Whetzel is exploring a transfer. Portland State has been mentioned.
Didn’t he move to safety this year or do I have that wrong?
That sounds familiar
Was he the “skinny” linebacker? If he is who I’m thinking, he did not look like a D-1 linebacker.
Kiss o Death??
Wilner calls for Beavs to upset Cowboys; gives Beavs an edge vs Stanford as well!
I wonder if there is a buzz out there with people in the know that the Beavs are improved or if Wilner is just guessing?
Wilner seems to think the Cowboys will be overlooking the Beavs. Then he looks at Stanford’s schedule prior to the game with the Beavs and feels they’ll be kinda worn out whereas the Beavs will be coming off of a bye.
OOB: you were concerned our guys were getting a little too overconfident. I’m not going to link the article because I came across it on Facebook and it’s in the Athletic which is a subscription based publication, but the prominent Duck DB quotes are:
“We’re slept on like crazy. We’re have the best secondary in the nation”
“If you were going to compare us to any other team, it would have to be the Seattle Seahawks Leigon of Boom”
Thanks for passing that along; I’ve considered paying for the Athletic but have not done so.
I’m torn between liking the “chip on the shoulder” mentality and hoping the guys aren’t overconfident. The new attitude seems to come from a mix of returning players and new guys, I think that’s good. From what I’ve seen, there is a lot of desire to put last years pitiful D to rest; hope each player stays within the system and doesn’t try to do it all themselves.
Whittley, in particular, is either a blow-hard or a budding team leader. One thing for sure, he will be quoted a lot as the season goes on, scribes love that he can be counted upon for a provocative remark or two.
I subscribed to the Athletic only because Gina Miizell and Austin Meek are writers there. I liked the idea of supporting ex-Oregonian reporters. I mostly forget to check it though.
I subscribe, the low cost and best beat writers in their respective markets makes it worthwhile, IF you follow teams other than the Beavs. In Oregon college news they only cover the team(s) in Eugene with any regularity so I can understand passing on a sub if you’re looking for Beavo news.
Pretty confident for a team that barely went 8-5 last year… They better hope Herbert stays upright, and Cristobal learned to coach.
Stop down voting me you bitch ass ducks
Jefferson, 8% body fat and ready to block, catch, and run!

MBB: Eggers tweets about changes to Tinkle’s staff. Gottlieb moves from asst coach to director of player personnel/assistant to head coach. Marlon Stewart, 34, OSU direct of basketball operations last year, takes over Gottlieb’s coaching spot. Stewart has worked for Mike Montgomery and is described by Tinks as, “A bright, up-and-coming coach who is a tireless worker and will be a good recruiter.”
Eggers also notes that Shengzhe Li, 7 footer from China has not been cleared due to a medical condition, believed to be a heart abnormality. Sound familiar?
I said the other day Adley is settling in nicely… that might have been an understatement. Went 5 for 5 the other day a double shy of a cylce. Just got promoted to full season single A. Of course it really just seems like the O’s want to tour him around the whole farm system.

Tufaga transferring to Hawaii.
Guess ol’ Nicky must have been cheating
So with Tufaga leaving and Green-Richards leaving the team due to medical issues, we have 2 extra scholarship spots opened to replace players who wouldnt have contributed much this year. Haven’t heard any updates on Whetzel or Willard, but thats potentially 2 more.
And if you think back to last year, we made our biggest talent acquisitions via transfers during the period between fall camp ending and our fall term registration closing in mid October(Roberts/Gebbia/Lindsey/Gumbs)
I have to think coach Smith is welcoming these scholarship openings and will go back to the transfer well.
Our quarter system is a competitive advantage because players dont have to sit as long as they would transferring to semester system school. Might as well milk it while we can.
Good points. There will be some players realizing they aren’t on the depth chart where they thought they would be and looking for an opportunity to play. Too bad about Green-Richards since CB was non existent last year.
KENDALL ROGERS tweets: “Hearing @OregonBaseball will invest $2.5 million into some facilities changes, including:
* New, faster turf
* Moving the fences in at PK Park 20 feet from RCF to the LF line
* New video board
It’s a new era in Eugene.”
Anyone scared? Y’all gotta know that old “slow turf” was a big part of the problem for the phiting phils.
Pitching and defense didn’t work for them so I guess they hope this leads to better offensive output.
No practice today? I expect we’ll know that Luton is the #1 tomorrow as Ok St prep starts.
Luton was named one of the four team captains tonight. Seems likely he is going to be named starter too then, i would think. Otherwise that might be awkward
Of course last year it didn’t mean much as he was injured on the first drive of the season.
Ya I’m still not sure how long Luton can stay healthy, the guy has been injured so much in his career. That being said, I do hear he’s in better shape and a little quicker this year with his foot work, which will help avoid getting drilled. Gebbia is the future, so it would be nice for him to start getting reps. Got to go with the hot hand.
I came across a weekly college pick-em contest on CBS sports and decided to set up a Beavrecruiting pool.
Figured since Jack used to do something like this but is no longer around, I’ll try doing something similar. It looks like the rules will allow me to pick a different set of games each week, so my hope is to make it Pac 12 specific, with 1 or 2 national match-ups included. The system doesn’t have week 1 games available to choose yet, so I’ll have to wait a bit to see how that all works.
No money involved, just for fun.

has anyone got the pac 12 though sling or any other services other than dish? i just got back surgery and wont be able to go anywhere to watch and don’t have the option for dish. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. i would really like to watch the games while im laid up at home.
I’ve got sling, my TV isn’t smart so I had to get a Roku stick. For the most part they’re good but occasionally there are issues, I ran into most of my trouble during baseball season. Overall if I had to do it again I would
I should have added that I pay extra to basically get all the channels I had with cable (orange &blue+ sports) and my bill is half of what I paid for regular cable. The only real issue I have is occasionally (like once or twice a day)it will kick me off. I called and asked why it was happening. Turns out my internet provider (spectrum) isn’t the greatest and during peak times I don’t have enough bandwidth available. I always just open it back up and it usually is good to go…
Yeah periodically I would have to power cycle my Kindle fire box to get everything to reset. Haven’t had that problem with the smart TV.
i will probably use my firestick if its available on there bc my tv seems to buffer more when i use it for prime video. not sure why but the tv seems to go slower.
I’m curious, if the internet is spotty where you are, how does the firestick improve performance over a regular PC?
Seems if the internet signal is good enough for the firestick, you would have more and better option just using your PC connected to a tv via HDMI, like whiskey mentioned.
Also, on the topic of firesticks, does anybody use one that has Kodi installed? Just curious if that even works anymore. I had it several years ago and it gave you access to several bootleg streams, but i found it cumbersome trying to keep up with the current kodi channels because the good ones always got shut down or moved around.
I had Kodi installed on my fire box also. Same as you, it got too spotty and was too much of a hassle to deal with. My brother in law tells me there’s a new platform, I’ll ask him what it is.
I have it on sling. Works fine, I think I might be paying an extra five bucks or so for the sports package.
How long are you laid up? Asking as you could do this all for free.
Okstate – on Fox so sign up for a free 7 day trial of YouTube TV
Hawaii – on Facebook
Cal Poly – sign up for free trial of sling
Bye week
Stanford – ok to move about by then?
Reddit also almost always has quality free bootleg streaming links. I used it last year for NBA games and it worked great. HD quality on phone or computer for free. I’d imaging the NCAA football community is pretty similar, although I haven’t used it yet.
I’ve used sling for the last couple of seasons and it’s been good. First on a Kindle fire box and now on a smart TV. I’ve been generally happy with it. I also pay the extra couple of bucks for the bigger sports package. Cancel the whole thing after the season.
HDMI cable connecting your computer to your TV. Reddit CFB streams or any of the ones from our Ukrainian friends are free.
Boom. Problem solved
Yes! Loved our Ukrainian friends before I got sling. I did find all those pop ups super annoying though
The reddit streams are usually much less cluttered looking and usually only have a single popup, as opposed to those old “firstrowsports” streams that were just covered with deceptive popup ads
Yep.
There are tons of streams you just have to know how to use google well. Not that I encourage this……..
thanks everyone. one issue is that i live off the grid so the internet can also be spotty. i should be able to get somewhere after about three weeks.
You will need Orange (ESPN) and Blue (Fox) packages. Each are $10 adders to the subscription.
Can use your phone, but will cost you a chunk of data. Have Verizon? They are pretty good anywhere!
I used to have Verizon (at&t) now. They literally tried making me pay for my x mother in law’s past due account (wasn’t tied to me or my account in any way). They let me keep my service but froze the account (no discounted upgrade, no changing my plan or adding/subtracting lines and no more discount for working for one of their affiliates. Needless to say I cancelled my service with them
no cell service out here.
“we’re going to tempo”…….but, can Aydon and Whittley?

Not a big surprise at this point, but reports are coming out that Luton is the starter this week
Yeah I think the writing has been on the wall for a while.
Given he’s 35 he should have a grasp of the system by now.
I suspect he’s only getting the nod bc he’s a senior and that gebbia didn’t clearly beat him out.
I would think if Luton has a bad first half or game vs ok state, well see gebbia really quickly.
New thread up to discuss the Luton decision. ;)
