I actually credit a lot of their success this year to Tinkle. He has adapted his strategy to become competitive. I have had my qualms with him sure. But he seems to have figured out what he was doing wasn’t winning basketball games and he made a change.
Even with 20 pre-approved sites, the host site for that next round would have to be one of the 16 that ended up actually hosting in the 1st round.
