  1. Ugh. Will-a – Met Valley? Seriously? Brando has been at it long enough – i’m guessing too long if he’s doing Raymond J. Johnson riffs.

  2. Yeah that drive summary pretty much sums it up.

Try to have DJ throw on 1st and 10 and 2nd and 10, bad. Just hand it to 6 and run over people, good.

Wow! I can’t believe how slow DJ is. He has no “quicks.” Not as athletic as I thought he’d be. I can’t see him evading any pass rush at the next level.

    • From a game experience standpoint, he now has an idea of what to expect from the highest level defense out there.

But yeah… not great, from the strategery side.

  4. 1st drive run heavy = touchdown. 2nd and 3rd drive pass heavy = punts. Lindgren needs to get his shit together. Every possession matters. We could be up at least 2 td’s by now.

  5. I know it was pre-planned and that they knew going into it that Chiles would get the first series of the second quarter and that he’s likely earned it in practice. But goddamn does this bring up some of those “finding our offensive identity” Riley years vibes. Terrible for DJU’s confidence, and if Chiles goes in and gets roughed up early that’s tough for him too.

If you’ve lost confidence in DJU and Chiles has showed up in practice, just give him the start.

Or just put BG in there and have him hand it off 80% of the time with an known 7-1 win percentage.

  6. Need some guys (receivers, DB’s) to step up and make some plays. Missed tackles, McCartan dropping that INT, and dropped passes are killing us!

  7. Seems it should be 17 zip, if the Beavs don’t score to start the second half it’s gonna be really dicey to say the least.
Utes gonna turn their QB loose to run and then try to surprise with a long bomb.

  8. Utah can’t do shit on offense and we are only up by 7. We can’t blame the defense tonight. Need to get creative. Is the gameplan this limited because of DJU? Even running the ball 16 times in a row would be better than the current gameplan.

  9. Beavs won’t win many games unless they get the passing game going. Give me a high octane offense versus a plodding one because you’re never out of a game.

    • Says the person watching the plodding Beavs run the plodding Two-Time Reigning Pac 12 Chamions off the field.

Imagine how the four schools going to the B1G are going to fare, having to plod week in and week out.

  10. 3rd down pass was so DJ, open man so throw high (and wide). Even getting 3 out of that possession would have been important..
Now 3 of 9 on third down.

  11. IF the Beavs can take the clock down below 10 and get at least a field goal – I think this game’s over. Would love to see the shutout hold though.

  12. Any idea why Newell isn’t playing more? He’s huge and has shown he can run. Love how Martinez gets 7 yards a carry. I just worry about the workload.

Also would love to see a fly sweep. Maybe Utah’s defense is too smart and fast on the outside. Dj seems to be more decisive with his throws but not many tight spirals.

  13. I really don’t understand targeting anymore. That looked more dangerous than what Rawls did. Now Rawls will have to miss the first half of the next game if I recall the rule correctly.

Glad that Cal is up next. Going to be tought though – on the road with missing players and huge potential for a let-down after this game

  15. Just run the ball three times and take almost three minutes off of the clock if you can’t get the first down. Punt the ball against a shitty offense.

    • I would have liked to see three runs. Don’t have to be up the middle. Get creative!! It would be one thing if you were running high percentage throws with easy completions to keep the clock running.

  16. If there is still any chance of switching to Chiles, this could be the perfect time. This game’s in the bag and the next 5 should all be fairly easy wins.

      • 3
        1

Yeah no kidding….should be up by 30 points with the backups getting reps, but Lindgren forcing pass plays. Run the ball, or quickly get it to receivers in space. If Utah has an average offense, this game probably tied or worse.

        • Lindgren called two pass plays on fourth and one that resulted in incompletions, which culminated in 7 points for Wazzu. He did the same thing against Washington last year which resulted in a 14 point swing.

In his interviews he always talks about “matchups” which is good, but when the QB is sporadic with throws and the line is getting a great push it’s better to default to the less risky play.

  17. 12

Chiles should start next week right? Even if he looks shitty they can pull him and still win the game. If he looks decent the schedule looks favorable for building confidence.

That poor Ute QB has taken a beating today, I actually feel bad for him. He wasn’t very accurate either but his receivers dropped a handful today so they weren’t doing him any favors.

        • My biggest concern is can dj make a throw when he needs to? He made a few of those this game. What I don’t understand is, he has a cannon but I don’t see many nice spirals. Can anyone explain? Even the wide open pass to
Veilling last weekend for the final touchdown was a wobbly ball. It’s like when he tries to put touch on the pass he changes his arm motion maybe and doesn’t follow through?

        • But the o-issues are tightening up.

Some of the head-scratcher calls in past weeks actually worked and looked good in this game, against a much better defense.

    • I’d give Chiles a shot to start the next game. See if he has a higher ceiling. Can always revert back to DJU if necessary, who is basically a perfectly average DI QB

      • Only if you are convinced DJ has hit his ceiling in Lindgren’s system. I wonder if he is just a slow learner and could raise his level of play with a couple (likely) confidence building starts.

      • 12

Chiles was 5 steps forward (nice throw) and 7 steps back (deep drop and sack). I love his potential but not the time to start him. I still wonder if Ben would have won us the wazzu game. I’m prepared to be chastised.

          • That’s what I’ve been thinking since the game ended too.

I know they (and we) all wanted DJU to be able to come in and add a whole new dynamic to the offense and take it to the next level, but he’s shown that he just isn’t capable of being that guy, and the coaches tipped their hand that they very well know that by throwing Chiles out there for a 2nd quarter series (wtf). It almost feels like he is putting so much pressure on himself to be a Heisman candidate kind of player (and the coaches are too) that they can’t just play to his strengths and away from his weaknesses like they did with BG last year.

If you go back and look at the last handful of games from last season, the offense with BG was limited in some ways, but humming along with a healthy rhythm and identity and steadily improving. Can we really say the same thing about the offense this year with DJU 5 games in? Is it getting better?

Tonight was frustrating because the team played so well overall, but I couldn’t help be see that they very easily could have played a more complete game and walked off with a 35-0 shutout if they’d just played the same brand of BG ball that they were at the end of last season. Smh.

          • Yeah Ben did have the offense going. dJ has four games now in this offense. Let’s see how it looks in the next few games. Fortunately the schedule is favorable for growing pains. I always forget how tough it is getting a team to play better and better as the year goes on in college football. So many off season changes. I thought Riley was good at getting his teams to play their best ball later in the year (my memory might be bad). Smith did that last year too. Let’s hope the momentum keeps building. If wazzu was the bad game to get some things fixed then well they almost won that too.

You make little sense. BG doesn’t beat that D with half the throws you just watched.

But he does make better pre-snap reads. And DJ is making less mistakes, regarding those reads. Chiles has a ways to go.

  19. 10

Utah’s receivers were terrible. Johnson isn’t accurate, but he was at least getting it in the catch radius. They couldn’t catch a cold at a daycare.

  20. 11 penalties for an even 100 yds, plus two out for targeting.
You knew Bray wouldn’t have two poor showings in a row, but still lots to clean up.

  21. 11
    1

Man boobs play call aka “Smith calling for milking the clock” is going to be a huge meme. He even had a smile on his face while doing it.

  22. Defense held them to 198 yard. We gave up 15 TFL yikes.
26 passes to 36 rushs, seemed like it was the opposite. For beating the #10 team in the country I’m not very satisfied with the win.
Seems like this game should have been 35-0 or better.

  23. 7
    2

Definitely a sign of progress when we can grumble against a top 10 win that was well in hand early in the fourth. The team SHOULD be 9-1 going into UW game.

  24. That was a great win. Beat the living shit out of Utah. Play calling was good not great. Liked seeing DJU run more although he isn’t as good of runner as I expected. Bolden was dynamic and I liked how the coaches got him involved. Say what you will about Utah not having a qb but they came in to Reser 4-0 and have beat some good teams. My biggest concern next week is lack of depth on D with targeting suspensions in first half

  25. Lots to clean up, but people seem to forget how good Utah defense is. We scored 8 more points than anyone else has so far against them.

  26. It was a good win. We beat a top 10 team with a so-so offensive showing. DJU isn’t showing that he is a Heisman candidate but take away the hype and I think he still was a decent game manager. He hit some deep balls that were positive that we were missing in past years. Our defense looked good and hopefully the offense can figure it out. I get what people are saying about putting in Chiles but its a huge decision to bench an experienced player for a freshman who showed that he isn’t’ quite ready to read Pac-12 defenses. I’m disappointed in DJU ceiling but I still think he’s the best option right now. All things considered, we’re still in good shape to make a run.

  27. Reser has become quite the home field environment the last 3 seasons. 14-1 at home with the one loss being by 3 points. Great for the whole student body to be back. Offense looked rocky but Ute defense is very good.

Just got home from the game. Good atmosphere, though stadium was nowhere near full. Friday night traffic in from Portland was pretty brutal, dont blame people for staying home. Those early weeknight kickoffs are tough to make unless you leave work around 1:00.
Utah looked like a #10 team that didnt want to be #10. Reminded me of ASU the time they came into Reser ranked #6 and an average Beaver team just murdered them. Had a similar feel. Utah just couldnt get much of anything going.
Took the kids down on the field after the game. Fun time, got to meet Silas Bolden. My kids were shy but he was really sweet with them. Nice guy.
Good bounceback win. It’s too bad we had such a poor showing at Pullman cause this team could easily be 5-0 for September.
Can still win the Pac as a 1 loss team, but that’s a tall order when you see how incompetent the reffing can become as soon as OSU starts to build momentum.
They didnt show much of a replay, but that PI call in the end zone was about as bad as I’ve ever seen. Was it as bad on TV?

  29. I was impressed by the overall improvements in the entire gameday experience. Bunch of places to eat and get alcohol and a bar area with a good view of the field. Had end zone tickets but stood at the bar for the second half and I didn’t have to worry about people asking me to sit down. I’ve been going to games since the early 2000’s and it’s really nice to see the growth in the team and the facilities. It’s just a bummer that the realignment storm had to happen now, right when we have everything going for us.

Feeling much better about the rest of the year after this one after what transpired in Pullman last week…I had the luxury of seeing DJU throw a mile over someone’s head and it’s worse in person. I feel like he just needs to fucking breathe once in a while. He’s way too tense and antsy and slower than I thought he’d be. A few of the runs from shotgun would have gone for a lot though if he just kept the ball.

We know our D is good. Our special teams is good. Our offense overall is solid and we haven’t had a run in with our head ball coach’s love of riverboat gambling yet. I felt like we got our identity back tonight and I just hope DJ improves because we aren’t asking him for much. Pound the rock and throw an accurate pass to a TE in the flat once in a while haha.

    Go Beavs!

  30. I like reading the newspapers from the opposing team after games to get their perspective. Coach Whit earlier in the week said they needed to get their passing game going or they were going to be in trouble. I kind of feel the same way about the Beavs, although our passing game isn’t as bad as Utahs. Maybe its a combo of things – poor QB play, lack of a quality target at TE and few quality WR’s that are big who can go up and get the ball. I know our strength is running the ball, but you have to be able threaten the opposing D by stretching the field. We know a good running game can open the passing game but it also works the other way – a good effective passing offense can open up the running game. You gotta have balance.

    • Too many plays went for negative yards on first and second down, even when we ran the ball with Martinez and Fenwick. Utah was good at blowing up the outside zone runs.

I like that we had a fullback blast, even if it was only one. It’s such a simple and effective play that beats up the middle of the defense.

    • This is exactly how I felt watching the wazzu game. Some were frustrated lindgren went away from the run but you gotta have more than 100 passing yards through three quarters. Nice to see Bolden and DJ getting some chemistry. Noga not out there again on offense. I don’t get that. At least give him a few plays. Irish did have a nice catch.

        6

DJ’s worst moment was the INT he flung off his back foot, wobbly ball, and just a terrible decision overall. Gulbranson just doesn’t do that shit, shows me that DJ shouldn’t be the starter….BG should be. DJ should come in for RPO, almost like a utility player on 3rd/4th and short that Colletto was — that would be dynamic and add another dimension to the packages.

    • McAfee is as big of a buffoon as Deion is so it wouldn’t surprise me if he loves Deion. Couple of douchebag peas in a pod. Screw him and ESPN.

        • And CU is getting boat raced by USC, down 21-0 already. Deion was able to get enough transfer skill player improvement to beat two mediocre and one bad team in non-conference and the world went apeshit. Teams improve a little from season to season all the time, but most programs don’t have a self-promoter like Prime. Sanders did great at Jackson St, but no one ever mentions how he lost both of their post-season games even with all that talent.

      • He has become such a blowhard. I found him mildly amusing at first, but now I have no desire to watch a grown man in tank tops talking loud and saying nothing.

        • As soon as he got a platform he went into jackass overdrive. And now it’s down to disparaging players and schools for the shock value.

  31. 12

Reser is now a top notch facility and the gameday experience is so improved it is almost shocking to think back to the days of octogenarians yelling at you to sit down and be quiet.
The techno din isn’t the worst and the live DJ kind of grows on you as the game goes on.
Students were out in full force and it was beautiful to see them filling in all sections beneath the Jumbotron as overflow and the aisle behind the lower bowl had students standing room only all along the beaver sideline.
The stadium was rocking and loud. I’ve heard the term “Club Reser” which is kind of what it felt like. The light show is pretty fun and hopefully doesn’t induce seizures for some fans.

Now onto the post game thoughts:
Utah is in trouble as long as Rising isn’t playing. He is a program elevating qb. Their defense was good but not as great as declared and I’d say their schedule wasn’t as strong as everyone thought even if they had 3 P5 wins so far.
I said pregame that I wasn’t sure Utah could score on the Beavs defense and the defense nearly had the shutout.
DJ is 5 games into a different offense with much smaller receivers than he has previously had at Clemson. I think he got lazy throwing to guys with much wider and taller catch radius. He needs to adjust and hopefully it improves.
Utah is good forcing qbs out of their comfort zone and yet DJ played solid for the game. His interception was a head scratcher though.
Beavs defense was the best unit on the field.
Worst unit on the field was the PAC12 ref crew. PI in the corner of the end zone was atrocious. Utah oline were tackling guys on any scramble, never a flag. The interception in the red zone was sweet justice for the phantom calls that got Utah down the field.

Beavs controlled the entire game against Utah as well as they did against SDSU and won comfortably. It is amazing how JS has been able to raise the bar of expectations and productivity. This was a great follow up to the national tv Wazzu loss. Another national attention game with a win rather than another loss as we have been conditioned to expect.

Bolden is a wizard with the ball, get it to him.
Gould dropped a sure touchdown on the inside slant/crossing route.
    Mascara was is a stud.
Jordan is going to be real good.

We have a real shot at 9-1 going into UW game and I expect the Beavs to ply with the same fire and chip on their shoulder all the way
    Through. P
Prime wants to make everything personal, but it already is personal when the entire conferences ditches your program and acts like they deserve more.
Go kick their teeth in and don’t let up, JS.

    Go Beavs!

  32. Overall, felt like a solid (with work still needed obvs. on offense), win at home.

Would feel better with a cleaner game next time.

I liked some of the passing routes that were called for WR unit this game; would like to see more of these incorporated later into season, as these gave more opportunities for them to catch in space for YAC.

  33. Despite some of DJ’s accuracy issues, when he throws a good ball it is pretty damn impressive with how fast it gets there. I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s basically Gulbranson with more arm strength, so it’s the same situation as last year. Run game and defense are going to win games.

    • This is pretty much it.

And he gets measurably better with each game. Plays that were wonders last week are completions this week. But there are more and newer plays that have become wonders this week.

      It’s all noticeable.

The guy walking out to the deli had a “3:45” timer clock at each stoppage for commercials. Seemed really
      Long at the game too.
Mike Leach forced this upon us with the air raid innovations because the clock stops a lot more often with incomplete passes which extends the actual length of games, and tv coverage couldn’t predict how long the games would last.
In response TV makes the commercial breaks longer and then lobbies for rule changes with a running clock so they can still predict a 3.5 hour window for the games.

Without the tv and new rule changes, a game might be over in 2.5 hours.

      • The Stadium is very nice. The experience was very good. There was food beer every where with out many issues. There cheer team and cheerleaders seem better. The color on the live film made the beavers orange look red on the big screen. Not sure if it came across that way on the tv?

I agree the commercial breaks are long and too often. I think they need to do things to get the crowd going and less of the fluff hand out BS. Really it is a let down. The football throws or kick competitions can be announced and with music of chants to keep the crowd involved. It was a defensive game so maybe the commercial breaks came more often?

Our DB’s and LB’s are very physical. Most of Utah’s WR drops came from hard hit as the ball was coming in. We played very good defense. Other then chasing the QB in the back field and missing the tackles several times.

As I said, Colorado is a 6 win team max, so we wanted them to beat Oregon. They’d get their beat downs later. Oh well. Now we have to hear about Oregon and the Natty.

    • I’m guessing 15ish. Maybe as high as 13 max. Depends on if the pollsters think the Utah win was enough to over shadow the WSU loss. I’m thinking not because we’re not in the SEC.

        • Beavs will now be the 4th best 1 loss team until they 1 loss teams get whittled down.
They will stay behind Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame for now, and any teams above them who lose will land in front of the Beavs too.
The good thing about the Wazzu loss is an early loss followed by a long win streak is better than a late loss. Or so the theory goes.

  35. PFF notes from the game:
    Offense
Rough night for the OL. Starck with 0 snaps after seeing decent playing time so far this season. TE continues to be a major weakness. DJU made the top 3, but his rating was still pretty ho hum.

    Top 3
    Bolden
    Irish
    DJU

    Bottom 3
    Gould
    Velling
    Terry

    Defense
Hats off to the front 7 for controlling the LOS against Utah. Always a tough feat. Jordan may be nipping at Hart’s heels for playing time now. Interesting to see Cooper and Thomas lined up out wide at CB the most. Ivy with 0 snaps and Robinson played sparingly. Did he get hurt? Tackling continues to be an issue. This was our worst game yet in terms of missed tackles. It’s looking like a Banker defense!

    Top 3
    Lolohea
    Jordan
    Chatfield

    Bottom 3
    Hodgins
    Johnson
    Hart

    • I think Jordan is starting anyway next week with Hart Jr. suspended for the first half, right? It was time for Ivy to sit. Surprised that Starck is not getting any snaps, I don’t know if he’s good in pass protection, but that needs to improve.

  36. 13

Colorado has 251 yds at half against SC. Not buying that bs that the Trojans are a national championship team. Not with that D. The hype and constant stroking of both teams are over the top.

      Not with that defense.

I’ll give them a punchers chance vs USC since their defense isn’t any better.

Sanders is all hat and no cattle

USC is going to get their assed handed to them in Eugene.

  37. That might be the worst clock management I’ve seen in awhile. People complain about Lindgren but man Colorado just made him look good.

Colorado had no time outs and were down 14 with 4 minutes left. They ran the ball multiple times, audibles every play, slowly lined up. No hustle at all, it was pathetic.

  38. ASU’s have no problem moving the ball on Cal.

I don’t know what to make of their defense. They held Auburn to 230 total yards, then give up 59 points to Washington.

  39. 4

So rewatched the game without the emotion involved. DJ had 3 spot on passes dropped by our receivers and Gould was two of them. I saw 3 bad passes, the rest were good and a couple intricately placed to the receivers. Last year every time BG threw my gut hurt as they all seemed like 50/50 balls. I think DJ is an upgrade to BG. Was I hoping for more? Yes. But BG hit his ceiling early last year and I don’t think DJ has. Bolden is becoming ol reliable and I wish DJ had more like him.
Utah is a tough defense but we outplayed their defense. I just wish all our games were home games.
Our defense is legit. I’m hoping the WSU game was a fluke performance… OSU didn’t play their best game on both sides of the ball against wazzu but to wazzu’s credit they played lights out featuring one handed catches.
I think we would have won the Utah game even if Rising was playing.
The one thing I am happy about with the PAC going away is I don’t have to put up with the ignorant Pac12 refs anymore.
I don’t see an issue at Cal even with the ejections. Targeting rule is ruining the game the way it is being applied.
    Go Beavs!

    • BeaverBill I think our slow start last week against the Cougs did us in but the Cougs played great – almost a perfect game. Ward and their receivers were great. I’d love to play them again later this year. They have favorable schedule compared to most teams in this meat grinder conference. I also think our D is one of the best in the conference. Gotta get the passing game going.

    • Is it worth a separate thread for discussion of DJ?
Your review, BeaverBill, brings up some points that have been on my mind:
-has DJ had enough game reps under Lindgren’s system to not be held back by grasp of the book?
-what responsibility do the receivers bear in the performance of DJ
-what about Lindgren’s play calling (ex: lack of using the TE’s)
      -etc?

      • Not really.

He’s getting better every game. The whole game plan is tightening up.

I’m not getting the sine wave of emotion with every play.

        Sorry.

        • No need for “sorry”, you’re not alone.
If DJ gets the vast majority of the snaps over the next two games I think he’ll continue to get better; maybe not the super star many expected, but well above average.

  40. Pretty bizarre, Furd leads the Quacks 6-0 with 10 minutes left in the first half. Quacks have only had the ball a couple of times and I think both three and outs. Stanford just had to punt, so will we see if their defense can continue.

  41. USC looked beatable today, I feel that both Washington and Oregon will beat them. Our schedule looks pretty favorable, and it would be possible for us to be 9-1 going into the UW game. On the other hand, we often lay a few stinkers on the road a year, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we dropped a game at Colorado, Cal, or Arizona. If we win out until the UW game and then win one of UW or Oregon, we should be in the conference title game. Really need to clean up pass coverage and get back to our running roots on offense if we want that to happen.

    • Sorry, but who has been seeing USC as a non-soft team, other than the fellatio that always occurs for SC?

Their D is what you just saw. They give mediocre players confidence.

      And this is college football.

How long have we been doing this?

  42. 2

Funny thing about the game experience last
Night was the new to me “Beaver Tail Slap” which seemed a lot like the Gator chomp.
I kept waiting for the Beavahawk chop and the accompanying theme song to mimic the FSU tomahawk chop.
I wonder if we can start stealing all of these types of traditions from all of the schools as a way of showcasing the case for OSU as America’s Team…

USC is soft, Deion is annoying, Oregon is overrated, Georgia is beatable, Texas will choke…

    Go Beavs!

  43. 1

so, Duke, inside the ND 45 with two minutes left and the lead, pooch punts to ND, who takes over on their own two, drives the field, and wins the game; only to show that Smith was right when he went for it on 4th down in Pullman in 2019

  44. Yeah Smith was right then because any team could have ran through that 2019 defense like shit through a tin horn.

What did Dook in was rushing 3 and playing prevent on 4th and 16 when they were getting pressure on Hartman.

  45. With tonight’s results, we probably move up to 16, jumping Duke, Utah and LSU.

Unless the SEC bias comes in and Ole Miss gets more credit for beating LSU than we do for bearing Utah.

    • 2
      1

#20 ranked SEC team beats a #13 ranked team in a nail biter at home

#19 ranked PAC team beats #10 team handily at home

The SEC team must move up passed the PAC team and be ranked at least 3 spots higher. It is law.

      • Funny but true. SEC gets so much more credit even in loses. If OSU was #20 and lost like LSU did they’d drop out of rankings. Would not surprise me at all if LSU stayed in the rankings. How else are Alabama and Georgia supposed to play ranked teams? lol

Grain of salt: Utah is not a top 20 team without Rising, Jackson, Pittman, or Kuithe (I.e. their offense).

Beavs won the war of attrition, like they should have, but didn’t really prove much this weekend.

Not really a huge priority, but I think Reser is definitely in need of some new turf in the coming years. It’s quite flat now and seems worn when you’re down on it. The green is starting to fade. Best source I found is that the last time it was replaced was in 2012, which came along with the rebrand to our current logo, and the old google machine tells me that turf should be replaced roughly every ten years. Bad artificial turf increases risk for injuries, in particular ligament injuries, and with the way the sides of our field are lower than the middle with the underground drainage, it could become a problem.

  47. Back to the DJ getting experience in the Lindgren system topic, Eggers says, “Ulagalelei might not wind up on a list of great Oregon State QBs by the time he is through, but he is going to progress as he goes through his first season in an OSU uniform….”

Eggers adds this from Golden: “We showed one bad half of football (against Washington State),” Golden said. “That’s all you’re going to get out of us this year. I don’t see us taking any steps back.”

Pat Mcafee is a bloviating buffoon, who is all about himself!!! Can’t stand listening to that idiot! He thinks he’s bigger than the game and I’m sure is typical of the thinking of most of the sports “blue bloods” think. How dare WSU and OSU crash their parade. Shut up and take the few crumbs we through you!

  49. BTW, according to official Beavers sports site, Beavers should now be:

    13-12-1 all time against Utah!

    Woo-hoo! Winning series record!

    Beavers Owning Utah!

  50. Is Arizona really good this year or is Washington a paper tiger. The score was a lot closer than you would think. Really hoping for a Pac 2 rematch.
